Why exercise is very useful in dealing with stress?
Exercise is a good way in dealing with the stress of exercise is a healthy way to reduce the energy retained and reduce tension. Exercise can also help you in getting a better body shape, which makes you feel better overall. 

Meditation
Meditation is a form of mind control that looks can be manifold. You may do exercises that use the same movements and repetitive, such as walking or swimming. You may meditate by practicing relaxation training, by stretching or by practicing a deep breath (sigh)
  • Do not be anxious or worried about things that you can not control such as weather factors that may cause stress.
  • Prepare your best ability on the circumstances that you know may be causing stress such as job interviews
  • Try to view that changes that occur as a positive challenge rather than as a threat.
  • Resolving conflicts or problems that exist. If you have any conflicts or problems with others
  • Consultation with a trusted friend or a consultant may be helpful
  • Create realistic goals at work or home life in order not to overburden you so it can direct the onset of stress
  • Sports activities as a basis of order.
  • Patterns and habits of eating right and balanced and get enough rest. This helps your body become refreshed and ready for daily activities.
  • Participate participate in things that do not allow you beretemu with stress causing factors, such as sports activities, social events or hobbies. Conversely, if these conditions are a cause of stress for you then avoid those things.
